Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Engineer located in Mysore. The BIM Engineer will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing and analyzing architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) models, preparing and reviewing construction drawings, and collaborating with project teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and tools
Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and related design principles
Experience in creating and interpreting Construction Drawings
Understanding of Architecture and Civil Engineering concepts
Strong technical and analytical skills relevant to construction modeling
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working within multidisciplinary teams
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Familiarity with industry standards and software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools, is a plus
