Proven track record in executing EHV and UHV transmission line projects (220kV, 400kV, 765kV). Familiarity with project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc.). Key Skills & Competencies: Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities. In-depth knowledge of transmission line construction techniques and safety regulations. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
