Role Summary We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution and maintenance of solar power projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, hands-on site experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of solar projects, ensuring on-time completion, adherence to budget, and compliance with quality standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams—including clients, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders—for seamless project execution. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and updates for internal tracking and client communication. Troubleshoot on-site challenges and implement timely, effective solutions to prevent delays. Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols across all project locations. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Engineering. 3–4 years of relevant on-site experience in solar project execution and maintenance. Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, installation techniques, and O&M best practices. Excellent leadership, coordination, and organizational skills with a solution-oriented mindset. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Familiarity with project management tools/software is an added advantage.
