Role Summary We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution and maintenance of solar power projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, hands-on site experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of solar projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and compliance with quality standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams—including clients, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders—to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate project documentation, progress reports, and updates for internal tracking and client communication. Troubleshoot on-site challenges and implement timely, effective solutions to prevent delays. Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols across all project sites. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a Diploma in Electrical Engineering. 3–4 years of relevant site experience in solar project execution and maintenance. Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, installation methods, and maintenance practices. Excellent leadership, coordination, and organizational abilities with a solution-oriented mindset. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with project management tools/software is a plus. Why Join Us?
