Project Manager

You are a dynamic and experienced Project Manager who will lead and deliver software projects effectively using Agile methodologies. Your background in Spring Boot Development will be advantageous, enhancing collaboration with the development team and your technical understanding. You will manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Leading Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives will be part of your responsibilities. Collaborating with Product Owners, Developers, and QA to define and refine scope is crucial. Tracking progress, mitigating risks, and communicating status to stakeholders are key tasks. You will also be responsible for fostering a high-performance and collaborative team culture. To excel in this role, you should have 5-7 years of experience in software development/project management. A strong command of Agile & Scrum methodologies is essential, along with a proven track record of delivering product-based software projects. Excellent communication and leadership skills are required, as well as hands-on experience with project tracking tools like Jira and Trello.
