Your Role

As our Project Manager, you’ll be the bridge between clients, technical teams, and business goals. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives — while creating an environment where teams feel empowered and clients feel confident.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple IT consultancy assignments (web, mobile, AI, cloud, custom software).
• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, pain points, and success metrics.
• Translate business requirements into actionable project plans.
• Manage cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, consultants) using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Use AI-driven project tracking tools to forecast risks, optimise resources, and ensure proactive delivery.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of proven experience in IT project management, preferably in consultancy or agency settings.
• Strong background in IT consulting, software delivery, or digital transformation projects.
• Excellent command of English (both written & spoken) — you’ll be client-facing.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum, project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or AI-driven PM tools).
• Ability to handle multiple projects and thrive under deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for spotting risks before they arise.
• A people-first mindset: you value collaboration, communication, and empathy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
