Project Manager

The role involves managing projects of medium complexity with limited supervision, utilizing the ACI project management methodology. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of multiple projects, from initiation to implementation and delivery. This includes coordinating departmental or cross-functional teams, providing guidance on schedules, and monitoring budget/spending. Your goal will be to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. Key responsibilities include monitoring project scope, developing project plans and schedules, managing project aspects such as research, analysis, design/development, testing, and problem resolution. You will also be responsible for establishing business control requirements, delivering quality reviews, managing project issues and risks, and presenting project documentation to stakeholders. Additionally, you will need to obtain necessary resources, form project teams, and delegate responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, along with 2 years of related experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Possessing a PMI Certification or working towards obtaining one is preferred. This position operates in a standard work environment, with a majority of time spent on a PC. Occasional travel may be required, which could be domestic or international. It is also crucial to understand and adhere to all corporate policies, including the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.,
