Project Manager – Web Applications & CRM

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage multiple web application and CRM development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent client and team communication skills, and a proven ability to manage timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple web and CRM-related projects from initiation to delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, UI/UX designers, QA testers, and stakeholders.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with client requirements.
• Manage client communication, expectations, and project documentation.
• Use tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Asana for task and project tracking.
• Perform basic technical evaluations or troubleshoot issues in collaboration with the tech team.
• Ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the tech industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of web application architecture and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or custom CRMs).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Technical background or experience working with development teams is highly preferred.

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience with SaaS platforms or product-based projects.
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and third-party tool implementation.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
