Description
Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver impactful PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and trackers to support business decisions. Lead end-to-end project planning including scope definition, timeline creation, milestone tracking, and resource allocation. Identify project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues. Conduct regular meetings with internal teams and customers to review progress, resolve issues, and align expectations. Prepare and present detailed reports and insights to senior leadership. Manage and prioritize multiple customer requirements, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, monitor KPIs, and drive operational excellence. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
