We are looking for an experienced Project Manager - Architecture to lead and oversee architectural projects from concept to completion. In this role, youll manage project execution, coordinate with contractors, clients and designers, and ensure high-quality design outcomes while maintaining timelines and budgets. Your Role As a Project Manager, you will oversee architectural projects, collaborating with designers, consultants, and contractors to bring visionary concepts to life. You will supervise workflows, mentor the team, and ensure seamless project execution while upholding industry standards and client expectations. Key Responsibilities Manage architectural projects from planning to completion, ensuring efficiency and quality. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to maintain smooth operations. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors for seamless project execution. Conduct site visits to ensure designs align with construction progress and standards. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality benchmarks. Provide technical guidance and mentor junior architects and designers. Review and approve project documents, drawings, and specifications. Identify project risks and implement solutions to avoid delays and cost overruns. Lead project meetings, track progress, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. What We Are Looking For Bachelors or Master s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. 8-10 years of architectural design and project management experience. Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and complex projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to engage clients, consultants, and team members.
