Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of architectural and interior projects. This role involves supervising on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Role

As a Senior Site Supervisor, you will lead multiple teams, oversee installations, and collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors. Your expertise in site management, safety compliance, and problem-solving will ensure seamless project execution while maintaining the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise mechanical, electrical, and control installations at project sites.

Interpret engineering drawings for system layout, location, and functionality.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site execution standards.

Manage project timelines, contractor coordination, and quality inspections.

Assist in commissioning, testing, and integration of architectural installations.

Provide technical guidance and training to on-site teams.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.

Identify and resolve site challenges while ensuring smooth project execution.

Maintain regular communication with project managers and attend progress meetings.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

10+ years of experience in site supervision for architecture, interiors, or construction projects.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Navisworks, and electrical control systems.

Knowledge of PLC systems (Siemens), switchgear, drives, and communication protocols.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
