Project Manager

we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with 8 12 years of industry experience to lead Agile teams in delivering high quality products efficiently The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile Scrum practices excellent facilitation skills and a proven ability to remove obstacles and drive collaboration across cross functional teamsKey ResponsibilitiesServe as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teamsFacilitate all Agile ceremonies Sprint Planning Daily Stand ups Sprint Reviews and RetrospectivesCoach team members on Agile principles and best practicesWork closely with Product Owners to maintain a healthy and prioritized Product BacklogIdentify and remove impediments that hinder the team s progressFoster a culture of continuous improvement team collaboration and high performanceTrack and communicate team velocity sprint release progress and other Agile metricsCollaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to align practices across teamsEnsure team compliance with organizational goals and delivery standardsHelp manage stakeholder expectations and keep them informed of progress and issues

Required Skills And Qualifications

8 12 years of total experience with minimum 5 years as a dedicated Scrum MasterStrong understanding of Agile frameworks especially Scrum and experience with Agile at scale e g SAFe LeSS Nexus is a plusExperience working with distributed or cross functional teamsExcellent communication facilitation conflict resolution and leadership skillsHands on experience with tools like JIRA Confluence Azure DevOps or similar Agile project management toolsAbility to coach teams and individuals at various stages of Agile maturityExperience in software development or IT projects is a strong advantageProject Lead and Management Stakeholder Management Team Leadership Technical Oversight and Functional Expertise
