Dear Aspirant,
Provide vision and direction for all Solar EPC projects, ensuring they match the company's overall goals.
Manage the entire project process from planning and design to procurement, construction, commissioning, and final handover.
Lead a team of engineers, procurement experts, and contractors, ensuring coordination and efficiency.
Reviewand guide the design stages, including technology choice, civil and mechanical structures, electrical systems, and power conditioning.
Set up quality control systems, conduct inspections, and ensure all projects follow technical standards and safety rules.
Keep track of budgets, manage procurement efficiently, and create plans to handle risks.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams.
Handle contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring they are followed and projects are completed on time.
Ensure longterm system reliability through regular maintenance of electrical installations.
