Job Description

Certified Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, has experience in software development and project management. Facilitate scrum ceremonies: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives Work with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables ensure the quality of deliverables, using Agile methodologies to achieve project goals, Remove obstacles or blockers that impact project progress. Manage and prioritize project backlog Guide the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks Ensure all project documents are up to date and comply with company standards Communicate project progress to stakeholders and upper management Develop and proactively manage project plans specifying goals, strategy, scheduling, and identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources Ensure team execution and delivery to committed milestones or sprint work- maintaining the momentum of the project and upholding a sustainable pace of delivery
