Job Description

We are hiring a highly organized and proactive "Project Manager - Outsourced Operations" to oversee and coordinate workflows between our design studio and outsourced manufacturing partners. This role works closely with our "Project Manager - Studio Operations" to deliver accurate timelines and real-time status updates to the Account Management team. You'll serve as the bridge between our internal teams and external vendors, ensuring every project moves smoothly from CAD-ready to shipment-delivered, with complete transparency and minimal delays. Key Responsibilities End-to-end Workflow Oversight: Coordinate the outsourced side of the production pipeline, from order received to order delivery, ensuring alignment with internal operations and client timelines ClickUp & Communication Ownership: Maintain accurate and up-to-date task tracking in ClickUp. Ensure vendors and internal stakeholders are always aligned on current status Vendor Management: Build strong working relationships with our outsourced manufacturing partners. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines Issue Resolution & Escalation: Act as the first line of defense for troubleshooting production or timeline blockers, escalating only when needed Collaborative Status Reporting: Partner with the "Studio Operations Project Manager" to deliver unified, real-time updates to the Account Management team Process Optimization: Identify recurring delays or issues in outsourced workflows and recommend process improvements or automation opportunities Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications 4 to 7 years of project management experience, ideally in manufacturing, production, or supply chain contexts. Strong working knowledge of project management tools like ClickUp, Monday.com, or Asana. Excellent communication skills, especially with remote or offshore vendors. Highly detail-oriented with a knack for anticipating roadblocks before they occur. Proven experience managing cross-functional or geographically dispersed teams. Prior exposure to CAD workflows or jewellery production is a strong plus.
