Key Responsibilities: Ø Project Planning and Organization: · Assisting in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets. · Ensuring project documentation is accurate and up-to-date. · Organizing and maintaining project files and records. Ø Coordination and Communication: · Facilitating communication between project teams, stakeholders, and external partners. · Managing project correspondence and ensuring timely communication. Ø Progress Tracking and Reporting: · Monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and escalating them appropriately. · Creating and maintaining project status reports and dashboards. Ø Resource Management: · Assisting with the allocation and management of project resources (personnel, equipment, etc.). · Tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to the project budget. Ø Problem Solving and Issue Management: · Identifying and resolving project issues and conflicts. · Developing and implementing solutions to ensure projects stay on track. Show more Show less
