Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring successful delivery that aligns with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will drive structured governance, maintain stakeholder alignment, and manage risks, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end execution of 1–2 projects or critical workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and resource plans, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor project artifacts including project plans, delivery roadmaps, status reports, risk and issue logs, governance trackers, and post-project retrospectives.
  • Facilitate governance, risk mitigation, and strategic review sessions to ensure smooth execution and informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to manage dependencies, resolve challenges, and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
  • Track and report project KPIs, risks, and resource allocation to leadership and steering committees.
  • Prepare and present stakeholder communication decks, steering committee reports, and updates with clarity and precision.

Key Deliverables:

  • 2–4 comprehensive project plans or delivery roadmaps per project.
  • 5+ status or steering committee reports per project.
  • Documented governance, risk mitigation, and strategy sessions.
  • Continuous monitoring and reporting of KPIs, risks, and resource alignment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in [industry/domain].
  • Deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation skills.
  • Ability to drive alignment, influence teams, and ensure delivery excellence.
