Project Manager Tool Modernization Position - Remote - NIGHT Shifts

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, AI-first Project Manager with proven experience in Microsoft 365 Power Platform to lead the execution of the Client's enterprise-wide Tool Modernization initiative. This role will be pivotal in driving the transformation of our digital toolset, ensuring seamless integration, user adoption, and measurable business impact across all functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional execution

  of the Tool Modernization roadmap, coordinating across IT, business units, and change management teams.

• Manage project lifecycle

  from design through pilot to full-scale rollout (20252027), ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.

• Champion AI-first thinking

  , identifying opportunities to simplify, automate, and continuously update workflows using AI and Power Platform capabilities.

• Oversee pilot deployments

  , gather feedback, and iterate on solutions before scaling.

• Ensure integration

  with existing systems (ERP, CRM, data warehouse) using Microsoft Azure, Power Automate, and REST APIs.

• Collaborate with the Center of Excellence (CoE)

  to embed governance, support, and continuous improvement mechanisms.

• Report progress and risks

  to executive sponsors and the steering committee, with clear mitigation plans.

• Drive stakeholder engagement

  , ensuring alignment, transparency, and feedback loops across departments.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise project management, preferably in digital transformation or IT modernization.
• Demonstrated expertise in

  Microsoft 365 Power Platform

  (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
• Strong understanding of

  AI-driven automation

  , data governance, and secure system integration.
• Experience managing

  phased rollouts

  , pilots, and change management in complex organizations.
• Familiarity with

  Agile/Lean/PDCA methodologies

  and tools like Jira, Miro, or similar.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.

Preferred Attributes

• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile).
• Experience working with Centers of Excellence or internal consulting teams.
• Background in manufacturing, operations, or enterprise systems integration is a plus.
