Project Manager- Technical RFP Execution

Role Summary

We are hiring a Project Manager to lead and actively execute the full lifecycle of the technical RFP process for the ANU Talent Acquisition platform. This role demands strategic oversight, hands-on execution, and stakeholder alignment to ensure timely and high-quality vendor selection, evaluation, and contracting.

Key Responsibilities

�� RFP Lifecycle Management

• Lead and execute the full RFP process: scope finalization, release, vendor Q&A, proposal evaluation, orals, down-selection, and contracting.

• Draft and finalize RFP documents, scoring templates, and evaluation matrices.

• Actively manage and perform tasks to ensure adherence to key milestones and timelines, including proposal submission, orals and vendor selection and in September

�� Technical & Functional Oversight

• Analyze and assess vendor proposals for platform architecture, AI-readiness, modularity, and integration capabilities.

• Conduct technical workshops with shortlisted vendors to validate solution depth and feasibility.

• Prepare technical summaries and recommendations for leadership review.

�� Stakeholder Coordination

• Engage with business, procurement, and AI Labs teams to align on evaluation criteria and scoring templates.

• Organize and facilitate orals logistics, including participant coordination and MS Teams access.

• Document stakeholder feedback and incorporate into evaluation outcomes.

�� Governance & Reporting

• Create and maintain dashboards and weekly status updates for leadership and the core evaluation team.

• Prepare Go/No-Go decision materials and final award presentations for internal stakeholders.

• Ensure all documentation is complete and audit-ready.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in enterprise technology or talent platforms.

• Proven success in managing and executing complex RFPs with multiple vendors and cross-functional teams.

• Strong understanding of AI-enabled platforms, modular architecture, and integration workflows.

• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
