Job Summary

JD ### **Job Summary: ** Seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA HR Mini Master Data Specialist with strong technical expertise in configuring, migrating, and maintaining mini master data for HR modules in SAP S/4HANA. The candidate will support the design, development, and validation of mini master data objects to ensure seamless HR data integration and system performance during the S/4HANA implementation. ### **Key Responsibilities:** â€¢ Ready to work in Hybrid model 3 days from client location. â€¢ Must have Implementation experience **Mini Master Data Configuration:** Assist in defining and configuring mini master data objects in SAP S/4HANA HR modules, including organizational structures, personnel administration, and time management. **Data Migration & Integration:** Support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for mini master data from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring data integrity and consistency. **Technical Design & Development:** Develop custom data interfaces, BAPIs, and IDocs as needed for mini master data transfer and synchronization. **Data Validation & Reconciliation:** Perform validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting of mini master data post migration to ensure accuracy and completeness. **Documentation:** Create detailed technical specifications, data mapping documents, and migration strategies. **Support & Troubleshooting:** Provide technical support during cutover, go live, and post implementation phases related to mini master data issues. ### **Preferred Attributes: ** Experience working on SAP S/4HANA HR implementation or conversion projects. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross functional teams.
