MDM Project Manager

Experience: 15+ Years

Location: Hyd, Kolkata, Bangalore, Chennai

Technical/Functional Skills

Knowledge on
MDM concepts
, including data governance, data quality, and master data domains (Customer, Product, Supplier)
Experience managing
Reltio MDM
or similar MDM platform implementations
Proven project management skills: planning, scheduling, risk management, and reporting
Knowledge of
Agile/SAFe
methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project)

Roles & Responsibilities-

MDM Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and monitor MDM projects, including scope, schedule, and resource management
Coordinate between
business analysts, architects, developers, and data stewards
Manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution
Ensure adherence to
data governance, quality, and compliance standards
Track project performance and provide regular status reports to stakeholders
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) and ensure documentation of project artifacts
Support change management and adoption of MDM processes across the organization
Handle Onsite – Offshore coordination on deliverables

Generic/Preferred Managerial Skills -

Basic understanding of
data integration
(APIs, ETL tools, Reltio Integration Hub)
Familiarity with cloud deployments (GCP) and MDM architecture
Strong stakeholder communication, leadership, and team coordination skills
