About the Role

Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and deliver multiple projects of varying size and scope across IT and non-IT functions.
Provide
process expertise and governance
: define methodologies, create templates, maintain documentation, and establish best practices.
Develop and maintain the
Knowledge Management System (KMS)
.
Identify, assess, and track
risks, issues, and opportunities
to support data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate and communicate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
Supervise project managers and scrum masters, ensuring alignment and delivery excellence.
Monitor progress, prepare MIS reports, and present updates to leadership.
Travel as required to support program needs.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate degree with proven
Program/Project Management experience
.
Formal training in project management methodologies.
Preferred certifications
: PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master, or equivalent.
Track record of successful
program delivery
across IT, supply chain, infrastructure, and marketing.
Prior experience with
Oracle Fusion implementation
is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong
leadership and stakeholder management
capabilities.
Proficiency in MIS reporting and presentation.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Strong time management and organisational skills.
