Job Title: Project Manager/ State Team Lead
Location: Aurangabad, Maharashtra
Joining: Immediate
Organization: Samvedna Development Society (SDS)
Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and skills
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
* Lead the on-ground implementation of development projects from the state office.
* Ensure efficient execution of project plans, timelines, and deliverables with adherence to quality standards.
* Coordinate regularly with field teams, local stakeholders, and CSR partners to monitor progress and resolve challenges.
CSR Coordination
* Organize and support partner field visits, maintain timely communication, and provide necessary documentation as required.
Reporting & Documentation
* Prepare high-quality narrative reports, impact case studies, success stores, and quarterly/annual reports.
* Maintain accurate and updated project documentation, dashboards, and MIS.
Budgeting & Finance Oversight
* Assist in preparing project budgets, monitoring expenditures, and maintain financial records.
* Collaborate with the accounts team to ensure transparent fund utilization and compliance.
Administrative Support*
* Support in operations, local coordination, vendor sourcing.
* Maintain partner records, internal trackers, and administrative documentation.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Graduate in any discipline with a Master’s in Social Work (MSW) or equivalent degree.
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in NGO or CSR-based project management roles.
Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Strong budgeting and basic accounting knowledge.
* Familiarity with CSR compliance and donor reporting requirements.
Language Skills:
* Fluency in Marathi (regional language), Hindi, and English.
Soft Skills:
* Strong project execution capabilities and understanding of grassroots-level interventions.
* Excellent team handling and leadership abilities.
* Effective coordination, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Adaptable, proactive, and a people-oriented approach.
