Project Manager- Solar

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead our solar energy projects from conception to completion. As a Project Manager in the solar industry, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar project management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of renewable energy systems.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Scheduling:
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Establish and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Budget Management:
• Create and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies to optimize project financial performance.
• Resource Coordination:
• Coordinate and allocate resources efficiently, ensuring the project team is adequately staffed and equipped.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and cooperation.
• Risk Management:
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
• Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Quality Control:
• Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure the highest standards in project deliverables.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Facilitate effective communication between project team members, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure projects adhere to all relevant local, state, and federal regulations and codes.
• Stay informed about industry standards and emerging trends in solar technology and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing solar energy projects, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
