The Project Manager serves as the single point of responsibility for accomplishing project objectives and ensuring that established practices, procedures, and company goals are implemented in the key areas of safety, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction. Project Managers lead the project team through all phases of the project from acquisition through pre-construction, execution, and close-out. Competency in the areas of leadership, communication, planning, and scope management are key to project success. As a Project Manager, your responsibilities include: Leadership & Communication: - Assuring that the project complies with all environmental safety awareness and compliance regulations. - Supporting and promoting the company culture, values, Key Results, and quality management principles. - Documenting and communicating project progress, performance, and issues to all stakeholders. Planning & Scope Management: - Providing day-to-day direction and oversight of project resources (staff, equipment, subcontractors) and materials. - Successfully integrating resources, activities, and deliverables as per the Project Execution Plan. - Managing the project budget, costs, forecast, and schedule effectively. - Ensuring successful management of all contract documents, risks, and changes throughout the project. Overall Duties Include: - Project Integration Management: Managing processes and activities to identify, define, combine, unify, and coordinate various project management activities within the project. - Project Scope Management: Ensuring that the project includes all necessary work for successful completion. - Project Time Management: Tracking and monitoring processes required to manage timely project completion. - Project Cost Management: Collaborating with support and operations teams to manage planning, estimating, budgeting, and cost controls within the approved budget. - Project Quality Management: Establishing and supporting processes and activities to ensure project quality. - Project Human Resource Management: Organizing, managing, and leading the project team. - Project Communications Management: Ensuring timely and appropriate planning, collection, distribution, and management of project information. - Project Risk Management: Conducting risk management planning, identification, analysis, response planning, and controlling project risks. - Project Procurement Management: Purchasing or acquiring products, services, or results needed from outside the project team. - Project Stakeholder Management: Identifying and engaging stakeholders effectively in project decisions and execution.,
