Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Project Manager to join our fast-paced advertising agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing creative campaigns and marketing projects from conception to delivery. You will serve as a vital link between internal teams (creative, strategy, media, and production) and clients, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met with excellence. Key Responsibility: Project Planning & Management Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for multi-channel campaigns Manage project scope, resources, and schedules while mitigating risks and resolving issues Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all project components (print, digital, broadcast, social media, etc.) Team & Stakeholder Coordination Collaborate with creative, strategy, media, and account teams to ensure alignment on project goals Facilitate regular check-ins, status meetings, and reporting with internal and external stakeholders Act as the point of contact for clients on project status, changes, and feedback cycles Process & Quality Control Uphold project management best practices and contribute to improving internal workflows Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement Requirements: Experience: 2-3 years of project management experience in an advertising, marketing, or creative agency environment Proven experience managing integrated campaigns (digital, print, social, video) Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar) Understanding of creative processes, media planning, and campaign execution Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field PMP or relevant project management certification (a plus) Key Attributes Solution-oriented and calm under pressure Detail-driven without losing sight of the big picture Collaborative, flexible, and highly accountable Able to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
