Job Description

Project Planning & Execution:
Proficient in end-to-end project management including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and quality control.
Team Leadership:
Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage multidisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones on time and within budget.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
Skilled in maintaining strong client relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Contract & Vendor Management:
Experience in negotiating contracts, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with terms.
Risk & Issue Management:
Expertise in identifying risks, implementing mitigation plans, and resolving project challenges proactively.
Technical Knowledge:
Solid understanding of processes, standards, and compliance requirements.
Communication & Reporting:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prepare and present clear project reports to senior management and client.
Software Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Project or equivalent.
Time Management:
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
Problem-Solving & Decision-Making:
Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to decision-making in high-pressure environments.
