Job Description

Job Description : We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager Civil to lead, plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of project management at the site. The ideal candidate will serve as the key point of contact between the client, internal stakeholders, and site staff, ensuring smooth execution of civil works as per contract specifications, timelines, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities : Client & Stakeholder Coordination Serve as the single point of contact for all client communications. Attend project review, coordination, and technical meetings with client, consultants, and other stakeholders. Ensure timely submission of reports, documents, and updates as per tender/contract requirements. Project Execution & Planning Prepare and monitor detailed execution plans and work schedules (daily, weekly, and monthly). Ensure proper sequencing of works and adherence to timelines and project milestones. Review and interpret GFC drawings and provide necessary instructions to site engineers. Documentation & Compliance Maintain complete documentation as per tender and statutory requirements. Ensure compliance with all technical specifications, safety norms, and quality procedures. Prepare and submit DPRs, MIS reports, material reconciliation, and delay notifications to HO. Site Coordination & Team Management Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors for daily work execution. Plan and arrange required labour, materials, and resources in advance to avoid delays. Monitor performance, productivity, and quality of work of all site teams. Monitoring & Reporting Track progress against baseline schedule and report deviations. Identify and escalate issues affecting progress and propose corrective actions. Update HO with weekly and monthly progress reports, including photos, site issues, and achievements. Billing, Estimation & Quantity Checks Assist in client billing, contractor billing, and reconciliation of quantities as per BOQ. Verify subcontractor bills and material measurements. Key Skills Required : Project Management Client Coordination Construction Execution Contract & Documentation Handling Labour & Resource Management MS Excel (Advanced), MS Project / Primavera AutoCAD (Reading & Basic Drafting) BOQ & Estimation MIS Reporting Quality & Safety Compliance Desired Candidate Profile : Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proven experience in end-to-end civil project execution. Strong technical understanding of civil and structural works. High level of computer proficiency MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, Email correspondence. Should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling responsibilities independently.
