Roles and Responsibilities : Conduct detailed site surveys using Total Station (Leica, Sokkia, Topcon, etc.) for layout marking, as-built surveys, and topographical mapping. Perform setting out and layout for all structural elements, foundations, columns, walls, and utilities based on approved drawings. Ensure high-precision alignment and leveling for RCC and finishing works. Verify coordinates, levels, and dimensions and ensure compliance with design drawings and tolerances . Maintain and update survey logs, field books, and as-built records . Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure survey data accuracy . Check site levels prior to excavation, and prepare pre/post-construction survey reports. Maintain calibration and upkeep of total station equipment. Identify discrepancies in drawings and raise timely technical queries. Support quantity survey and BBS verification with exact measurements and location data. Preferred candidate profile Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Civil Engineering or Surveying. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in handling Total Station equipment. Proficiency in AutoCAD , MS Excel, and survey software (e.g., Civil 3D, LISCAD). Strong understanding of construction drawings and survey procedures. Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
