We are looking for someone with prior experience in software development—ideally someone who has previously developed software and is now looking to transition into a Project Manager role. This role requires a strong background in managing technical projects, especially within cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and software delivery. You’ll bridge the gap between operations and client-facing teams to ensure seamless project execution and superior customer experience. Experience in software development is required, we are looking for someone who has developed software before but now wants to be PM. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. 
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resource needs, and deliverables. 
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress using project management tools. 
• Coordinate with internal teams and client to ensure alignment and smooth execution. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into technical requirements and actionable project plans. 
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to client and leadership. 
• Identify and resolve issues, risks, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Manage change requests and control scope creep using structured change control processes. 
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. 
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. 
• Work closely with DevOps, cloud architects and product teams to support infrastructure-as-code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. 
• Coordinate with third-party vendors, cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and integration partners. 
• Experience in Agile project management is required 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science a related field. 
• 7+ years of technical project management experience with at least 5 years in a

  cloud-native environment

• Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and cloud-based deployment models. 
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms. 
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
