Job Description

Alert: Only candidates with more than 10 years of experience in the CRM Sales and marketing module should apply. Job Description · 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development. · Proven experience in customizing Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, business rules, and form scripting. · Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps Power BI, and Power Automate preferred. · Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages. · Strong understanding of CRM SDK and development tools. · Knowledge of SQL Server, SSRS, Microsoft Dataverse and other database management tools. · Strong critical thinking and analytical skills. · Ability to work in at least one programming language (OOP), and one scripting language (e.g., C#.Net, VB.Net, JavaScript, Python). · Must be familiar with using Web APIs. · Ensure seamless integration of CRM with other business systems. · Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices. · Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. · Effective communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Education & Experience · Graduate or Post Graduate · 10+ years of experience in implementing and development Microsoft Dynamics CRM is required · Good to have Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification.
