Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager with a strong background in ACH (Automated Clearing House) systems or similar payment domains. You will be responsible for leading project execution from start to finish, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of high-impact financial technology projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation to deliveryDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with client requirementsDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocationManage cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and quality deliveryProactively identify and mitigate project risks and dependenciesServe as the primary point of contact for client communications and updatesPrepare regular reports on project status, milestones, and KPIsEnsure compliance with ACH regulations, standards, and best practicesCollaborate with technical leads, QA teams, and business analystsContinuously improve project processes and delivery methodologies

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in IT or financial servicesStrong domain expertise in ACH, payment processing, or banking systemsProven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneouslyExceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsSolid understanding of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentPMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a strong advantage

Nice to Have:
Experience working with banks, fintechs, or payment gatewaysFamiliarity with compliance and regulatory standards in the payments domainHands-on experience with tools like JIRA, MS Project, or Trello
