As a Planning Engineer with 4-6 years of experience for Bangalore & PAN India locations, your role involves the following responsibilities: - Prepare tender documents or RFQs and select contractors to bid for tenders. - Award contracts and conduct pre-mobilization meetings with approved contractors to validate contract terms on workforce composition, materials quality, and HSE regulations. - Direct and monitor progress during project execution to ensure project deliverables conform to design specifications and quality standards. - Supervise & implement construction projects independently, assisting the Project Management team in preparation of schedules, planning, and costing. - Coordinate with Architects, Consultants, and contractors for timely completion of projects. - Provide various predesign services which may include conducting feasibility studies and specifying requirements. - Produce drawings as per requirements and present them to clients. - Conduct site meetings independently and interact with clients autonomously. - Possess knowledge of current market products and rates. - Provide technical inputs for methodologies and offer regular feedback to Senior Officers of the company on day-to-day development of the Project.
