Your Role And Responsibilities

  • Planning & Definition: Defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, tasks, and timelines.
  • Resource & Budget Management: Allocating resources, managing budgets, and tracking expenses.
  • Team Leadership: Building, motivating, and directing project teams, fostering communication.
  • Execution & Monitoring: Overseeing progress, managing risks, ensuring quality, and reporting status to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serving as the central point of contact, managing expectations, and bridging technical teams with business goals.

Preferred Education

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, decision-making, time management, and conflict resolution.
  • Project planning, risk management, budgeting, scheduling, and proficiency with PM software
  • Specific knowledge for roles like Technical Project Managers (TPMs) to understand architecture and development.
  • Progression from junior roles; proven track record in leading projects and managing teams of varying sizes
  • Education -
    • Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent
    • Post Graduation in Management

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent would be added advantage
