Lead and manage project scope and change management processes to ensure alignment with business objectives Oversee schedule management to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables Implement risk and crisis management strategies to mitigate potential project issues Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks and standards across all projects Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive project success within Scrum management frameworks Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project management practices Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to project teams and junior managers Monitor project performance metrics and report progress to senior leadership

Roles and Responsibilities:

Define and enforce change control procedures and scope validation to manage project alterations Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules adjusting timelines as necessary Identify assess and manage project risks and crises proactively Establish and maintain project governance structures including compliance and audit readiness Lead Scrum ceremonies and ensure Scrum principles are followed effectively Coordinate with stakeholders to manage expectations and communicate project status Drive alignment between project goals and organizational strategy Mentor and coach team members on best practices in project and Scrum management
