Project Manager-Scrum Master

As a manager in the IT Services industry based in Bangalore North, Hyderabad, Chennai, or Coimbatore, Karnataka, India, you will be responsible for leading teams, managing client accounts, and focusing on strategic planning while mentoring junior staff. Your role will involve overseeing strategic planning and execution in digital business architecture, ensuring exceptional standards in project deliverables and timelines, and cultivating meaningful client relationships by implementing firm methodologies and technology resources. You will need to identify and address client needs in digital business architecture, foster an environment of continuous improvement and innovation, and develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and required resources. This includes defining tasks, milestones, and deliverables, as well as allocating resources effectively by assigning tasks to team members based on their skills and availability and ensuring they have the necessary tools and support. Your responsibilities will also include serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, keeping them informed about project progress, risks, and issues, and ensuring their requirements are accurately captured and addressed. You will be expected to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, provide technical direction and support to the project team, and ensure that project outputs meet the required quality standards and specifications. Managing the project budget, tracking project progress against timelines and performance metrics, motivating and leading the project team, handling changes in project scope or direction, and maintaining detailed project documentation will be crucial aspects of your role. Your experience in a technical role, proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, strong organizational and planning skills, and certifications such as PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 can be advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills, expertise in a specific technology, programming language, or system architecture, experience in managing complex projects, and a proven track record with metrics will also be beneficial for this position.,
