Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Project/Product Manager to lead cross-functional teams, oversee project delivery, and ensure our products meet both business goals and user needs. You’ll play a key role in planning, execution, communication, and improvement of processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and deliver projects within timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with design, development, marketing, and QA teams to ensure smooth execution.
Define product requirements, prioritize features, and align releases with business goals.
Track progress, identify risks, and provide clear updates to management and stakeholders.
Conduct regular project reviews to improve efficiency and workflow.
Gather feedback from users and internal teams to refine and enhance products.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in project or product management.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with design and development teams.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Bonus Skills:

Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or Notion.
Background in IT, SaaS, or creative/tech-based products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
