Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and expansion of

    The Quest (Scribe Project)

    in Chandigarh/Kolkata.
  • Build, manage, and sustain a strong network of volunteers, scribes, and partner institutions.
  • Collaborate with schools, colleges, universities, and examination authorities to ensure smooth facilitation.
  • Oversee day-to-day project operations, reporting, and impact measurement.
  • Coordinate with the tech/product team to support adoption and continuous improvement of the Scribe App.
  • Plan and execute volunteer onboarding, training programs, and awareness campaigns.
  • Liaise with CSR partners, donors, and local organizations to develop partnerships and secure support.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Management, Education, or a related field.
  • 2- 4 years of experience in project management, NGO operations, or CSR programs.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote work environment.
  • Deep passion for inclusive education, disability rights, and social impact.
