Job Summary:

Project Manager with 3-4 Max years

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor Salesforce projects using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and ensure team alignment.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Create and maintain project documentation including status reports, timelines, and meeting notes.
• Facilitate smooth communication between technical teams (Salesforce Developers/Admins) and business users.
• Coordinate UAT, training, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3- 4 Max years of project management experience in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom apps).
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Experience managing multiple small to mid-size Salesforce projects.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile and traditional project delivery.
• Familiarity with Salesforce configurations, terminology, and lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Asana.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to Salesforce integrations and third-party tools.
• Ability to work with geographically distributed teams.
