Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and bid on relevant Salesforce projects on Upwork and similar portals.

- Draft compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.

- Collaborate with the technical team to develop winning strategies.

- Maintain effective follow-up systems for client conversion.

- Manage client communications and project handovers.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of online bidding experience, focusing on Salesforce projects.

- Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.

- Prior experience with Upwork and similar freelance platforms.

- Good knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and terminology.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adept at remote work.

- Comfortable with rotational shifts and available to join within 30 days.
