πŸ”Ή Job Title: Salesforce Loyalty Management Consultant (Banking Sector) πŸ”Ή Experience: 2–4 Years πŸ”Ή Location: Remote πŸ”Ή Job Type: Full-Time πŸ”Έ Key Responsibilities 🟒 Implement and configure Salesforce Loyalty Management for banking loyalty programs. 🟒 Work with stakeholders to design tiered loyalty programs, reward structures, and member engagement models. 🟒 Customize customer journeys for credit card users, savings account holders, and digital banking customers. 🟒 Integrate Salesforce with core banking systems, mobile apps, and third-party fintech solutions. 🟒 Define and manage business rules for loyalty accrual and redemption based on banking transactions. 🟒 Use Salesforce Flow , Apex , and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to automate and personalize member experiences. 🟒 Conduct UAT, troubleshoot issues, and ensure end-to-end delivery of solutions. 🟒 Document configurations, flows, and technical setups clearly. πŸ”Έ Required Skills & Qualifications βœ… 2–4 years of Salesforce experience, including at least 1 year with Salesforce Loyalty Management . βœ… Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , and Experience Cloud . βœ… Hands-on expertise in Loyalty Program Design – points, tiers, rewards, and member lifecycle management. βœ… Proficient in Apex , SOQL , and LWC development. βœ… Experience with Salesforce Flow and Process Builder . βœ… Good understanding of banking products and customer lifecycle in retail banking. βœ… Excellent communication and documentation skills. πŸ”Έ Preferred Qualifications ⭐ Salesforce Certified Loyalty Management Specialist (preferred) ⭐ Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer I Certification ⭐ Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDP is a plus ⭐ Experience with Agile project delivery πŸ”Έ Why Join Us? πŸš€ Opportunity to innovate customer engagement in banking using Salesforce Loyalty 🀝 Work with leading banks and financial institutions πŸ“ˆ Clear career growth path into Lead or Architect roles 🌍 Collaborative team environment and learning culture Show more Show less
