Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Refrigeration to oversee end-to-end execution of industrial/commercial refrigeration projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in ammonia and Freon-based refrigeration systems, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of large-scale refrigeration projects.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage budgets, project timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and client specifications.
• Liaise with clients to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Supervise on-site activities and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and project staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial/commercial refrigeration project management.
• In-depth knowledge of ammonia, Freon, and CO₂ refrigeration systems.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for site supervision as required.
