Job Description:

• Identify Project by exploring market, Coordinate all project elements including engineering design, quality planning, installation, commissioning.
• - Manage the project within budget , Plan project requirements and resources, including the sourcing of subcontract elements, etc.
• - React promptly and effectively to changing client and product needs , Anticipate any potential project risks, identifying and establishing corrective actions
• - Track customer changes and participate in customer meetings when required
• - Track tasks against the project timing plan
• - Proactively seek out opportunities for new or repeat business
• - Be willing and available to work at company and customer premises as required
• - Undertake special projects as required
• -Contribute to continuous improvement activities , Support and lead process improvement activities .Write reports and present progress at project meetings and to clients
• -Undertake continuous training and development
• -Be an effective team member, working with supervisor and colleagues to ensure smooth workflow with maximum output Self Management
• Follow new product development process to control design quality, project budget, product cost, time to market, lead team to deliver system design document for design reviews.
• Implement VRF product cost reduction, maintenance and continue improvement activities.
• Participate product benchmarking activity.
• Track on system integration design while considering cycle and structure design.

Qualification:

BTech, Diploma in Mechanical

Salary Range: 28k to 45k

Experience: 2-3 years
