Here is a breakdown of what the role entails: - **Own and Drive Implementation Strategy** - Lead complex, multi-stakeholder implementations for diverse client segments in North America and Europe. - **Client Discovery & Solution Mapping** - Deep dive into client systems, processes, and goals to design tailored onboarding solutions. - **Data Migration & Systems Integration** - Design robust frameworks for migrating legacy data and digital assets with minimal disruption. - **Program Leadership & Execution** - Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring timely delivery and proactive risk management. - **Stakeholder Communication** - Act as the senior liaison for clients during implementation, providing structured updates and progress reports. - **Implementation Process Optimization** - Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities to standardize processes. - **Metrics & Continuous Improvement** - Track implementation success metrics, analyze post-go-live adoption, and collaborate with internal teams. - **Team Mentorship & Leadership** - Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of onboarding playbooks and best practices. To excel in this role, you should have: - 6-7 years of total experience with 2-3 years in leading end-to-end SaaS implementations. - Experience in managing complex client deployments with multiple stakeholders and integrations. - Strong technical aptitude to collaborate effectively with Product and Engineering teams. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a client-first mindset. - Proficiency in data migration, process automation, and cloud-based platforms. - A structured, proactive, and quality-focused approach to execution. - Demonstrated ability to scale processes, build documentation, and lead initiatives across cross-functional teams.
