Role Description


Project Manager


Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

  • Assist the MD in developing project strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Allocate resources and manage budgets effectively.

2. Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track progress of ongoing projects and ensure alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Prepare regular reports, presentations, and updates for the MD and senior management.
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and issues, and propose mitigation strategies.

3. Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a key point of contact between the MD, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure clear communication, documentation, and approvals at each project stage.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.

4. Strategic Support to MD

  • Provide analytical and operational support to the MD for decision-making.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and project evaluations for upcoming initiatives.
  • Support in negotiations, vendor management, and contract finalization.

5. Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure projects adhere to company policies, legal standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Implement quality control measures across all deliverables.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably across multiple domains.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Trello, etc.).
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
