Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Project Manager with a Mechanical/Electrical Engineering background to oversee the execution of pharmaceutical manufacturing facility projects at our Karakapatla site. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of relevant experience in handling process and utility equipment, HVAC systems, and machinery used in semi-finished or finished dosage formulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project execution including installation and commissioning of: (i) Process equipment; (ii) Utility systems; and (iii) HVAC systems
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and cross-functional teams for timely project execution.
• Review equipment specifications, layouts, piping and ducting drawings, and ensure compliance with pharma standards.
• Monitor progress on-site, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, Revised Schedule M, safety, and environmental standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, installation qualification records, and handover reports.

Qualifications:

• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• 5–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry
• Hands-on experience with formulation machinery (semi-finished / finished)
• Strong understanding of process flow, utility systems, and cleanroom HVAC
• Good communication, planning, and vendor management skills
• Familiarity with regulatory norms and project documentation requirements
