Position Title:

Project Manager – Railway EPC Project (Civil, Electrical & Signaling)

Location:

Project Site – Dornakal Junction to Bhadrachalam Road, Khammam District, Telangana (HO Coordination: Hyderabad, Telangana)

Employment Tpe:

Full-time | On-site | Immediate joining preferred

Role Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall execution, coordination, and successful delivery of the railway EPC project within defined time, quality, and cost parameters. The role requires strong multi-disciplinary expertise in civil engineering, OHE (electrification), and signaling systems, with experience in EPC contract mangement.

Key Responsbilities

• Project Planning &Execution

- Prepare project work schedules, activity charts (WBS), and resource deploment plans

- Oversee construction of formation, track laying, bridges, electrification (25kV OHE), and signaling

- Ensure efficient coordination between civil, electrical, and sinaling teams

• Monitorig & Reporting

- Track daily/weekly progress and compare with project timelines

- Maintain DPRs, MIS reports, and escalate bottlenecks for timely resolution

- Ensure documentation for approvals, quality checks, inspections, and billing

• Client & Stakeholder Coordination

- Act as the single point of contact with SCR’s engineering and construction departments

- Organize and attend site reviews, joint inspections, ad progress meetings

- Liaise with consultants, OEM vendors, subcontractors, and local authorities

• Financial & Contractual Management

- Monitor material consumption, cost control and site expenditures

- Raise RA bills, manage change orders, and enure claim documentation

- Ensure compliance with contract conditions, safety regulations and environmental norms

• Team Leadership & Safety

- Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, supervisors, QA/QC staff, and safety officers

- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards

- Coordinate with HR for site manpower planning, skill development, and discipline

Requird Qualificatons & Experience

• Education:

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, or Electroics & Communiction Engineering

• Experience:

- 10 to 18 years of experience in large-scale Railway Infrastructure Projects

- Minimum 2 projects completed as Project Manage or Senior Engineer in Railway EPC

- Strong command of:

▪ Indian Raiway Standards (IRS), IRC, RDSO norms

▪ OHE Systems (2kV), Signaling & Interlocking systems

▪ PC/GCC contract clauses and compliance

Key Competencies:

- Project management (MS Project / Primavera)

- Strong leadershp, interpersonal and communication skills

- Risk identification and mitigation

- Cost & time optimization

- Conflict resoluton and stakeholder management

Remuneration:

Negotiabe; based on experience and project credentials
