Project Manager

Experience:

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership:
Manage complex programs end-to-end, including defining objectives, benefits, creating roadmaps, tracking progress, and ensuring successful rollouts.
Project Delivery:
Lead diverse projects such as enterprise platforms, internal tools, and client-facing applications. Exposure to domains like
Gen AI
,
IT modernization
,
digital transformation
,
ERP
, or
marketing technology
is highly desirable.
Team Management:
Build and develop global project teams to ensure successful rollouts across markets. Provide purpose, direction, and motivation to achieve maximum performance.
Planning & Execution:
Drive projects from requirements definition through deployment. Identify schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation strategies.
Resource Coordination:
Collaborate with internal and external resources to ensure projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget, working closely with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong experience in
program and project management methodologies
(Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
Proficiency in project management tools and reporting.
