Role & responsibilities

Experience:
10+ years managing mid-to-large, complex technology projects, leading diverse and distributed teams (5+ members minimum).
Background:
Experience in client-facing professional services or IT delivery roles.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a technology-related field.
Skills:
Strong understanding of agile methodologies, software development, and delivery practices.
Excellent communication—verbal, written, and visual (e.g., workflows, diagrams).
Proven ability to manage ambiguity, introduce structure, and enable organizational change.
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
Preferred:
Hands-on experience with project management and agile tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
Experience in product or software delivery.
Certifications such as
CSM, PMP, PMI-ACP
, or equivalent training.
