Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure projects are executed as per approved scope, timelines, and cost.
  • Monitor project progress and take corrective actions where required.
  • Manage project risks and implement mitigation plans.

Team & Resource Management

  • Lead and coordinate project teams including engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
  • Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants.
  • Attend review meetings with clients and submit progress reports.
  • Handle client queries, changes, and escalations professionally.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and statutory regulations.
  • Implement company SOPs, HSE policies, and industry best practices.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance.

Cost Control & Documentation

  • Monitor project costs and ensure budget control.
  • Approve bills, measurements, BOQs, and vendor invoices.
  • Maintain project documentation including drawings, reports, MOMs, and completion records.

Vendor & Contract Management

  • Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for timely execution.
  • Review work orders, contracts, and performance of contractors.
  • Ensure timely material procurement and logistics planning.

  • Problem-solving and decision-making capability
  • Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Excel, etc.)

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Instrumentation / relevant discipline)
  • Project Management certification (PMP / PRINCE2) – preferred

Experience

  • 5–12 years of relevant project management experience
  • Experience in engineering services, utilities, EPC, or infrastructure projects preferred

Working Conditions

  • Site-based role with travel as per project requirements

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹611,964.40 - ₹2,116,458.31 per year
